Information about procurement

Commercial

Commercial covers how we buy goods, works and services and covers the full lifecycle of the process from the tender to completion.

Information on our status for suppliers

Following confirmation by the Secretary of State for Education of the government's intention to close QCDA, he has said that QCDA will retain its statutory obligations until any legislation is passed by parliament and comes into effect.

There are also a range of educational activities that will continue while we will work with the Department for Education to refocus our activity to meet our statutory obligations and the Department's policy priorities while the legislation goes through parliament. Some of our functions will then continue beyond the closure of QCDA.

We therefore anticipate continuing to work with current suppliers in line with our contractual agreements but we may be required to renegotiate contracts in certain areas.

We value your continuing support to educational delivery and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
