Lin Hinnigan, acting Chief Executive, said, "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kathleen for her personal contribution to education over many years. She was a valued member of the QCA Board and successfully led the establishment of the independent regulator of qualifications, examinations and assessments for the sector. Her commitment to ensuring learners get a fair deal from the system is exemplary."
