The Living Places y2 evaluation's aims were to understand to what extent the programme has been successful in making an impact on ‘place-making’ in the Priority Places. This report summarises the key findings from this evaluation, and as part of it, an evaluation framework that was developed to be implemented in the coming months of the Y3 evaluation.

Alongside this report, a think piece describes some elements of existing theoretical models on partnership working, and to what extent some of the outcomes and benefits have been achieved in the Priority Places.
