The fourth annual report on the Claims Management Regulation.

This annual report highlights the achievements and key changes made over the period from April 2010 to March 2011 and sets out the key priorities for the coming year.

The regulatory regime came into operation in April 2007 and regulates businesses offering claims management services to the public regarding claims in the fields of personal injury, financial products/services, employment, industrial injuries disablement benefit, criminal injuries compensation and housing disrepair.
