Use of OGC Model Contract to be mandatory by 1 July 2008

The Office of Government Commerce, in conjunction with Partnerships UK has published a Model ICT Agreement and Guidance (version 2.2) for large ICT Services arrangements. OGC are working hard to produce a definitive version by 1 July 2008, at which time use of a Model Contract will be mandatory.
