Getting Started

The framework procurement was concluded under the current EU legislation, which may necessitate a further competition exercise within the supplier communities listed.

We have put together an online Travel Customer Information pack to help simplify things and guide you through your procurement process.

Drawing up your call-off contract is extremely important as it is the legal binding document defining the roles and responsibilities of both yourselves and your chosen provider.  It is the process that allows you to agree and define your service requirements, and confirms the obligations of both parties to the contract.  In the event of challenge it provides a clear audit trail, and by setting clear service requirements will allow you to manage your relationship with the provider to the benefit of both parties.

Naturally, we will be more than happy to help you if you require any further assistance. Simply telephone 0845 410 2222 and ask to speak to a member of the Travel Team.
