Brief Description
To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through effective supervision of personnel, resources, costs and merchandise. To work with other members of the team to provide a continually improving customer service environment.
Vacancy description
Develop a high quality menu which reflects FC initiatives in support of healthy lifestyles and local economies
Effectively promote customer relationships by being visible throughout key service periods and ensuring a staffing structure is applied to reflect volume of sales
Ensure that Hygiene, Health and Safety Policy and Practices are in place and adhered to
Maintain high levels of staff productivity and job satisfaction through good supervision and rota management
Involvement in producing an Annual Quality Budget and ongoing monitoring of performance against the budget through monthly variance reports, ensuring required corrective action is implemented

Relevant catering qualifications or equivalent experience as well as a proven track record in managing and motivating a team or staff
