Commercial Interchange Programme Pilot

In February 2011 the Minister for the Cabinet Office launched a Commercial Interchange programme with industry.  The pilot programme is part of the Efficiency and Reform Group’s (ERG) commercial skills capability work which forms part of a suite of measures to improve commercial capability.  This two-way staff interchange programme between central government and commercial organisations will:

  • contribute to improving commercial skills and expertise in government
  • give businesses a better understanding of government and how it works.
