A & E Ambulances (Health Only)

This framework agreement has been extended and will now expire on 28 July 2012.

This framework agreement features a national specification developed in conjunction with the National Strategic Fleet team and contains many of the recommendations from the National Patient Safety Agency report.

The National Ambulance Strategic Procurement team was a key stakeholder in the development of the framework agreement.

All vehicles bought through the framework agreement are certified to BS EN 1789:2007 and all suppliers will work towards type approval during the lifetime of the framework agreement.

A 5 tonne box body is the standard vehicle specification and additional discounts based on volume commitment are available for this standard specification.

Variations from the standard specification are available via Further Competition.

The framework agreement also give you access to the vehicle purchase and vehicle lease framework agreements.
