From time to time we may have special offers and promotions for our customers. These will either be on specific products or on your whole order and can range from discounts to complimentary gifts, free shipping or even competitions and sweepstakes.
How can I find out about these offers?
The best way to find out about our latest offers is by signing up for our regular e-newsletter where we will inform our customers of all our current promotions. We will also often advertise these promotions across our website or on the relevant product pages.
Why do different people receive different offers?
To offer our customers the very best shopping experience we will often tailor our promotions to individuals to give them the offer we think they will most appreciate. We may also choose to reward our most loyal customers with extra special offers from time to time.
How do I take advantage of these offers?
There are two ways in which you may take advantage of our offers. Often we will automate our promotions, so once you become eligible to receive the offer you will automatically benefit. On other occasions we will give you a special code to insert on the shopping basket summary page to activate the offer. Either way we will make you aware of everything you need to do when we tell you about the promotion.
