Environmental Statement

DLA Piper as a leader in the provision of international legal  services has a policy to comply with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, other associated statutory legislation and Approved Codes of Practice ("ACOP").

On 18 January 2007 DLA Piper launched a global Sustainability Initiative. This initiative is an affirmation of our commitment to operating in a way that manages our environmental impacts. The three cornerstones are: 

  1. Certification of compliance with ISO 14001
  2. Achievement of carbon neutrality on business air travel
  3. Setting of carbon emissions reduction targets in the four impact areas of: waste management; travel; procurement; and energy management.
