Spend Analysis
Buying Solutions Spend Analysis framework agreement provides a process of aggregating, classifying and leveraging spend data in order to reduce costs, improve operational performance and ensuring compliance.
The framework agreement will deliver a range of data manipulation and analysis tools including:
- Extraction and aggregation of dispersed data
- Cleansing and enrichment of aggregated data
- Validation of data
- Web deployed user analysis tools
These tools will provide customers with clarity and transparency of spend data and help them to identify and leverage better value for money.
Services available under the framework agreement include:
- Technical solutions for analysing customer spend data
- Consultancy support to configure data analysis such that they deliver the greatest benefits for customers and comply with EU public procurement legislation
The framework agreement, which came into effect on the 1 October 2008 and runs for a period of four years, will be provided by:
