Contract Description:
The aim of the framework agreement is to provide public sector organisations with access to a range of integrated Facilities Management services, consisting of managed services, hard facilities management services, and soft facilities management services along with an array of additional services.
The scope of services included within the framework agreement is very broad to allow customers to select the specific services that are required to be provided to the property or portfolio in question. Customers may choose to purchase all or a combination of the Facilities Management services from a contractor or can ask the contractor to provide a selection of services including the management of proposed or existing Facilities Management contracts that the customer may hold with third party suppliers.
