Early years foundation stage profile 4–8 lock report 2009/10

The data submission lock for scale points 4–8 in the early years foundation stage (EYFS) profile prevents practitioners entering the attainment of scale points 4–8 for a child, before scale points 1, 2 and 3 are attained.

It ensures data submissions are accurate and consistent with the developmental nature of scale points 1, 2 and 3.
