The DfE is conducting a review of the primary and secondary National Curriculum.
This site contains the statutory programmes of study for National Curriculum subjects which maintained schools must follow until a new curriculum is in place.

National Curriculum in Action

These examples of pupils' work show how the programmes of study and non-statutory frameworks for key stages 1 and 2 translate into real activities. The examples illustrate the standard of pupils' work from reception to year 6 and the effective use of ICT across the curriculum.

To search for a pupil example, choose a category from the drop-down list or search using a word or phrase. Then click on SUBMIT. You can refine your results by using the categories 'Using ICT' and 'Attainment'.
