Developing effective practice across the school: Introduction

Information for trainers for developing effective practice across the school. Contains four sessions that follow a particular sequence but can be taken out of context and used separately as training units. Session 1 introduces solution-focused approaches, session 2 is related to developing staff skills to support pupils, session 3 is related to creating a positive whole school climate and session 4 provides an introduction to more specific training to meet identified needs from the audit for improving behaviour and attendance.
