Brief Description
Main purpose of role:
Provision of the day to day service delivery of employee lifecycle administration and HR ‘helpdesk’ operations
Vacancy description
Key accountabilities:
• Provision of a 1st line query handling service for managers and employees with respect to lifecycle, employee relations, reward & recognition, recruitment and performance management -ensuring solutions are pragmatic and within an acceptable level of business risk - escalating where necessary
• Provide volume routine and specialist HR transactional service delivery to the business providing accurate, efficient and consistent processing and administrative duties with respect to all aspects of the employee lifecycle with specific reference to recruitment
• Implementing recruitment policies, procedures and interventions to support and enable TPR to achieve its objectives
• Ensuring all HR hard copy and electronic personnel data is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information
