102. Transitional, transitory or saving provision

The Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument make such transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Secretary of State considers appropriate in connection with the coming into force of any provision of this Act (other than Chapter 1 of Part 1).

The Public Reading Stage was open for comments for three weeks from 15 February to 7 March 2011 and has now closed. Your suggestions will be considered by Parliamentarians as the Bill passes through the House of Commons. Thank you for your suggestions.
