Case study from Medway LAs project on developing quality through leadership. The project evolved through reflection on the professional development needs of the leaders and managers in the six settings, within the context of the Key Elements of Effective Practice (KEEP). It was aimed at supporting the role of leadership and management in private, voluntary and independent (PVI) settings, through the use of a professional development file.
