  Guidance on the resource finders within the Gifted and Talented progress tool. The tool directs gifted and talented learners and their teachers to relevant resources based on their responses to questions. The tool creates a useful document bringing together the user's answers and notes which can be used with the Learning logs.

• Advice for teachers and mentors

  Advice for teachers of gifted and talented learners on how to use the progress tool effectively in your school. The tool can support pupils through a series of one-to-one discussions with mentors, tutors or the Leading Teacher for Gifted and Talented (G+T) education. It is also useful for supporting mixed aged or year-based discussion groups for G+T pupils.
