An audit tool for registration inspection which contains a tool for registration practice and procedures for improving attendance and reducing persistent absence. Provides a framework to support the work of schools and LA childrens services directorates to ensure that high standards of registration that support both the every child matters and Standards agenda are maintained. It can also be undertaken in agreement with the school to support improvement of their systems following a self-evaluation. This resource is a part of the Key Stage 3 Secondary National Strategies.
