Study Plus Cornwall unit plan: Crack the code

Mathematics unit of work developed by Cornwall LA titled ‘Crack the code’. In this unit plan, pupils explore a variety of codes and then undertake frequency analysis of different letters in the text. This provides opportunity to develop cross-curricular work with the history department looking at the Enigma code-breaking machine and the part that it played in World War II.
