The spring 2010 edition of the Ethnic Minority Achievement (EMA) and Free School Meals (FSM) newsletter contains examples of good practice across the whole range of EMA programmes.

It includes articles on spring term priorities, focusing primary EAL for Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL), using SEAL to raise achievement, supporting refugees and asylum seekers in secondary schools and raising the attainment of pupils eligible for FSM, as well as sharing examples of good practice from LAs and schools.
