Know the gaps

This course is designed for school leaders, middle leaders and governors. It aims at developing the use of RAISEonline to analyse and interrogate school performance data according to different types of pupil vulnerability and disadvantage. In different contexts, these categories can include Free School Meal eligibility, English as an additional language, membership of a minority ethnic group, special educational needs and gender. This course also works as a model for exemplification and encourages the employment of detailed and accurate profiles of school performance from the data, with a focus on achievement for all.

On completion of this course learners will be able to:

  • Locate and view data reports on pupils’ progression collated and generated through RAISEonline
  • Generate customised reports with specific pupil group(s) information and data – defined by prior attainment, race, gender, subject, year group or key stages through RAISEonline
