Strengthening transfers and transitions: E-learning modules

This package of e-learning modules has been developed to support senior leaders and teachers in primary and secondary schools in evaluating and improving practice in relation to five key aspects of transfers and transitions:

  • using data and information
  • targeting support and intervention
  • continuity of curriculum, teaching and learning
  • school ethos and climate for learning
  • parent partnerships.
The modules use examples that focus on the transition from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3, but much of the content is also relevant for other key stages.
