This theme focuses on self-awareness and motivation and provides an opportunity for pupils to reflect on themselves as individuals and to consider how and when they learn best.

The theme provides encourages pupils to become more aware of how they are feeling, express their emotions more richly and fully, manage their feelings and use this understanding to build better relationships with others.

SEAL theme 2 ‘Keep on learning’: Year 8 resource sheets
