What has been the impact on school organisation and leadership?
The SLT has always demonstrated determination to include all pupils whatever their needs, but this training has increased staff knowledge and skills to make this vision an increased reality and ensured that outcomes for all pupils is a whole school responsibility.
Thoughts you think are relevant to overall impact on school organisation and leadership
In order for whole school training to be successful, the SLT need to be fully involved and committed – they need to not only talk the talk but also walk the walk. It is therefore key to success that all SLT undergo the training with the rest of the staff.
