Publication overview

This study guide offers practical suggestions and case studies for you to apply in the classroom to enhance and enrich the curriculum. All the strategies suggested have been tried and tested by teachers. They draw upon academic research and the experience of Strengthening teaching and learning in science through using different pedagogies (DfES 0703-2004 G). While there are similarities with these materials you will find that this guide gives specific advice that will be immediately relevant.

The guide was produced in response to the Government's Science and Innovation Investment Framework (SIIF) agenda.
