Core Plus is a programme that offers support to senior and subject leaders working collaboratively to improve practice in mathematics. You can use these materials to make sure you provide high-quality teaching and learning in your department, and are using the Framework for secondary mathematics effectively.
These materials are made up of four elements, each with a different focus for how you can lead improvement. Each element contains:
- quality standards to help you review your current performance
- a six-week improvement approach you can use to help you progress towards the quality standards
- intended outcomes that can be used after the six-week process to evaluate its impact.
