British Africans in Government (B.I.G) logo British-Africans In Government (B.I.G) is a staff network of British-Africans working in different fields within Government.

The network vision is to:

  • support UK government institutions in the promotion of positive policy on Africa

  • support and facilitate development programmes for the benefit of B.I.G membership and support the UK government diversity initiatives

  • support and facilitate projects within the Africa community in the UK that develop the community and increase its representation (British Africans) in Government
