DIADEM (Dynamic Integrated Assignment and DEmand Modelling) is software designed to enable practitioners to easily set up variable demand models that are consistent with the advice in WebTAG.

Notes
Prices exclude VAT. Prices are per site licence; this permits installation and use on an unlimited number of computers on the same site. Price includes technical support and minor upgrades. Additional fees may be charged for major upgrades. There is no annual maintenance fee. Local authorities must pay the commercial price. Within/outside the EU is defined by the location of the project for which DIADEM is being used, rather than the location of the user, e.g. a UK user working on a project in the Bahamas would have to pay £2000. All prices are set by the Department for Transport.
Payment
There are three payment options:
- Send us an official purchase order. On receipt of this we will despatch the software immediately and issue you with an invoice which must be paid within 30 days
- Send us a cheque for the full amount, including VAT at the appropriate rate, made payable to Mott MacDonald, to Dee Wells at the address below. On receipt of your cheque we will despatch the software immediately and issue you with an invoice for your records
- Ask us to issue an invoice. The software will be despatched when full payment has been received
When placing an order please let us know your full contact details, i.e. name, organisation, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Please also let us know the site address(es) at which the software will be installed
