Putting a YouTube video on your own website is called 'embedding'.

• to embed a video, copy the code from the 'Embed' box - you can find it in the 'About This Video' box when you're watching the video
• when you have copied the code,  paste it into your website or blog to embed it
• YouTube provide the service to add the video to your website - they also provide the bandwidth, so the video is hosted on their servers and uses their bandwidth
