DSA consultations

DSA Direct Sign up for email alerts for all future DSA consultation papers and reports

DSA’s policy branch is responsible for dealing with all aspects of legislation and policy development relating to driving tests and driver/rider training.

DSA carry out regular consultation exercises with stakeholders and the public on driver related issues. DSA’s consultations are undertaken in accordance with the latest Cabinet Office advice. Ministers are invited to make decisions based on the responses received. DSA will then issue a report summarising responses and detailing Ministers’ decisions.

All DSA consultation papers that have been issued since 2003 can be viewed on this website. If you would like a copy of any DSA consultation carried out before 2003, please contact DSA’s policy branch.
