Dr Kathy McLean is the NHS Medical Director at East Midlands Strategic Health Authority. She is the lead director for Quality and Innovation and the senior responsible officer for the ‘Towards Excellence’ programme, the East Midlands response to the QIPP challenge. She is leading the work on Clinical Advice and Leadership for the NHS Future Forum.
