Freedom of Information

The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) is an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport (DfT), which is a 'public authority' to which the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the FOI Act") applies. The FOI Act aims to make information held by public authorities more accessible to the public and allows individuals and companies to request a wide variety of material.

Please follow this link to the DfT site (below) which will give you further information on FOI, how it is administered in the Department and its Agencies, and how to make an application - with an electronic application form.

If you wish to apply direct to VOSA you can submit your request to the following addresses:

Freedom of Information Compliance team
Room G9 Berkeley House
Croydon Street
Bristol BS5 0DA

VOSA publish information released in response to Freedom of Information requests online. Go to Freedom of Information Disclosures to review this information.
