Civil Service East Midlands (CSEM) is part of a wider programme rolling out across each of the nine English regions that aims to create a positive culture, identity and brand for the Civil Service. The initiative has the support of Sir Gus O’Donnell, Head of the Civil Service, Permanent Secretaries and national and regional Trades Union Side.

CSEM covers all civil servants based in the East Midlands: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
