New Fees For Registering Aircraft and Aircraft Mortgages - Valid From 1st April 2011

The fees for the registration of aircraft and aircraft mortgage registration are increasing with effect from 1st April 2011. This is the first increase since April 2007.

Call for evidence by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills - Responses published

The Department for Business Innovation and Skills previously launched a call for evidence in connection with the convention on international interests in mobile equipment and protocol thereto on matters specific to aircraft equipment.

The responses have now been published and are available at the BIS consultations. page.

New Form to report alleged breaches of Air Navigation legislation

A new online form is now available to allow users to notify alleged breaches of Air Navigation legislation to the Aviation Regulation Enforcement Department. For details see FCS1520.
