DSA's publication scheme

The publication scheme specifies the categories of information that the Department for Transport (DfT), and Driving Standards Agency (DSA) as an executive agency, publish. The scheme was developed under the requirements set out in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and has been agreed by the Information Commissioner. For more information on the Information Commissioner and the publication scheme framework, please go to the Information Commissioner’s website model publication scheme - Freedom of Information Act - ICO.

The DSA publication scheme provides guidance on the information that the DSA publishes or has agreed to make available under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The publication scheme below relates to, in most cases, not actual documents but rather points to where information can be found. All links and information will be reviewed regularly and any incorrect links will be updated.

If you are unable to find the information that you are looking for, you may consider whether you wish to make an access request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Environmental Information Regulations 1992. To submit a request for information, details can be found on the DSA website

If you require any of the published information in alternative formats or have any complaints or feedback regarding the DSA publication scheme, please contact the knowledge and information team on 0115 936 6772.
