A. There are two common reasons.
- There may not have been any email alerts yet for your preferences; for example, if you chose to receive monthly alerts for one provider or establishment.
- Your spam filter is blocking email alerts. Please check your spam or junk folder. Follow your email service instructions to set your spam filter to allow email@example.com.
A. There are two common reasons for this.
- You may have your email account set up to receive emails as plain text. You will need to open a new browser window or tab and copy and paste a link into the address bar. Click ‘go’ or the arrow by the address bar and you should be taken to the link’s destination page.
- The link is live – it should be blue in colour – but it has split in two across two lines and so is broken. You will need to open a new browser window or tab and copy and paste the whole link into the address bar; you will have to do the two parts separately. Click ‘go’ or the arrow by the address bar and you should be taken to the link’s destination page.
A. You may find this becomes unwieldy and it would be better to make your preferences bespoke. For example: if you select daily alerts then you may receive email alerts every day; if you select weekly or monthly alerts, then a particular email alert may have a lot of content and be difficult to study. Also, large emails will take up more space in your email account or may not get through to you.
A. Your preferences include inspection reports for childminders. We do not list childminders by name – we use their Unique Reference Number (URN).
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your problem. Use the email address that you subscribe with. Attach an email alert if appropriate for your problem.
We will add FAQs to deal with new issues.
A. We have two newsletters.
