Role Purpose
To work in partnership with the business leaders and HR team to deliver strategic and cost-effective solutions for the development of people across the organisation, in line with the organisation’s values and objectives.
The postholder reports to the Head of HR and OD and does not have any direct reports.
Main Responsibilities
The postholder is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of the learning/OD initiatives across the business. The postholder will also project track and manage training activities, facilitate events and actively support the Head of HR and OD in the delivery of an effective, proactive and professional training and talent management service.

Skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
A minimum of 40 WPM typing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Ability to plan work, deal with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as to work as part of a team
Ability to work effectively with internal and external relations
Qualifications
Experience of designing and delivering learning events particularly around improving behavioural competencies
Degree Calibre or equivalent
CIPD Qualified
English O’Level/GCSE (A-C)
