Rewards and Benefits

Rewards FinanceDepartments and agencies across the Civil Service provide competitive salaries for their employees, as well as other benefits and incentives such as flexi-time, child-care vouchers, support towards professional qualifications, gym membership, and a performance related bonus scheme. Apart from Senior Civil Service pay which is the same throughout the Civil Service, the level of pay is set by the individual departments and agencies, and so will vary depending on where you work.
