CAA Whistleblowing Statement

The CAA is a “prescribed person” under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 for the purpose of receiving “protected disclosures” (whistleblowing) from the civil aviation industry.  As such, the CAA is directly responsible for investigating any information of this nature that is received.
