How to contact the Driving Standards Agency
The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) is a large organisation. We want to help you to contact the right part of the agency, so we can deal with your query or complaint quickly.
Our theory test contact centre is open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
Our customer service centre for all other enquiries, including practical tests, is open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

When ringing the 0300 200 1122 number, initially you will be presented with the choice of selecting option 01 for theory test and option 02 for practical tests.
Option 02 provides a secondary menu offering further options.

the CBT team can advise you of the availability of CBT courses in your area and answer general enquiries about motorcycle training and testing - experienced driver assessment services (Edas)
DSA offer industry two road safety services to assist companies in managing road-related risk, more specifically to address driving standards through assessment and continued driver development - fleet driver trainer team
the fleet driver trainer team are responsible for administering the voluntary list of fleet driver trainers - instructor services
the instructor services team maintain the register of Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and offer advice on the ADI qualification process - Pass Plus
the Pass Plus team deal with the administration of the Pass Plus scheme including issuing certificates to successful candidates and the registration of Pass Plus instructors

the recruitment team deal with the recruiting driving examiners and administrative staff
