To support and develop the arts in the region, working with a range of partners.

Please note that the Arts Council is a Non Departmental Public Body with separate terms and benefits from other Civil Service departments; therefore this is not an internal secondment.

Vacancy description


North West, Manchester

Salary £20,200 per annum plus excellent benefits

Contract: permanent working 35 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our North West team. You will have responsibility for assisting a team of relationship managers, organising meetings, co-ordinating grant-giving programmes, taking minutes of meetings and speaking to members of the public. You will have a particular focus on supporting relationships with external stakeholders including the public and private sector. You will have significant experience in providing complex administrative support to busy teams, using your excellent communications skills to work collaboratively across our organisation.
