The Equality Framework for Further Education

The links below contain all the information you need to implement the Equality Framework for Further Education in your organisation.

A Guide to the Equality Framework introduces the principles of the framework and supplies guidance on its implementation.

The Equality Framework for Further Education sets out the framework itself.

Depending on the stage your organisation has reached, you will be working at one of three levels – developing, achieving and excelling. There are separate self-assessment toolkits to help you track each stage:

Equality Framework for Further Education self-assessment toolkit – Developing

Equality Framework for Further Education self-assessment toolkit – Achieving

Equality Framework for Further Education self-assessment toolkit – Excelling

You may also undertake peer review when your organisation is ready to move to a higher achievement level, and there are templates to help you gather evidence for this below:

Validation progress form (Further Education) – Developing

Validation progress form (Further Education) – Achieving

Validation progress form (Further Education) – Excelling
