The Community Learning and Development (CLD) workforce profile is similar to a national census and collected data from organisations and local authorities in CLD in Scotland. The profile is used to inform future work and upskilling activities for those working and volunteering in the community. The findings allow informed decisions to be made about policy and funding and supports umbrella organisations and advocates for the CLD workforce.
