Licence for the RFA carbon calculator

The user has the right to install this beta version on the computers in his company, organisation or home.

The user commits himself to not transferring the software, or a copy thereof, to a third party.

E4tech UK Ltd and the Office of the RFA (Renewable Fuels Agency)  are in no case liable for any special, accessory, incidental or indirect damage (in particular profit losses, loss of confidential or other information, activity breaks, body harm, attack on private life, breach of obligations (in particular obligations of good faith and diligence), for acts of negligence, or for any financial or other losses) resulting from, or linked to the use or the impossibility of use of the software or assistance services, even if the Office of the RFA or E4Tech was warned about the eventuality of such damages.
