Record Driver CPC training online

Before you start

This page links to an online service for Driver CPC approved training centres from the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).

This service, known as the Certificate of Professional Competence Recording & Evidencing (CPC R&E), can be used by approved training centres to record details of candidates who have successfully completed a Driver CPC periodic training course.

You have to pay a fee by debit or credit card each time you enter information about completed courses on the system. You will normally have registered one or more payment cards with the system when you first registered, but you can add others at any time.

Alternatively you may set up a pre-funded account and the amount required will be debited directly from your account. To find information on pre-funded accounts download the pre-funded accounts user guide from the DSA website (PDF, 407K) - Opens in a new window.

What you will need

You will need to be registered with the Government Gateway before you can use the CPC R&E service. If you have not yet done so, you should register for online services on the Government Gateway website - Opens in a new window.

To access the DSA system, you will need your user ID and password.

For information about how to register for this service, see the page on getting started with the Driver CPC periodic training database in our guide on how to record Driver CPC periodic training you deliver.

Once you are registered, click on Record Driver CPC training online to record training delivered.
