An assessment of the impact of the claims management regulation regime.

This Assessment looks at key developments during 2009/10 and how effectively the regulatory regime has responded.

It considers the impact of regulation over the full three year period in terms of the impact on malpractice and also considers whether the introduction of regulation has any impact on ‘access to justice’ including on the number of claims made.
