Find out about the recent Count Me In anti-knife-crime campaign and other resources to help prevent violence.

Count Me In campaign

This is a joint DCSF, Families Utd and Home Office initiative, and it aims to increase young people's understanding of, and confidence and belief in, the fact that it is safer not to carry knives and similar weapons.

Violence reduction in schools

This area of TeacherNet provides further information on many aspects of violence prevention, including involving pupils and parents, and safe school travel.

It Doesn't Have to Happen campaign

The Home Office's anti-knife-crime website contains information abouth It Doesn't Have to Happen, which provides support for local anti-knife-crime campaigns.

Families Utd

This organisation offers support for the families that have been affected by knife crime. The website features news and resources, as well as a blog.
